Please note that this XLERATOR Base Plate (Part Ref. XL 10 / Stock# 40400) does not include the two Cover Mounting Brackets (Stock #12),  four rubber Housing Grommets (Stock# 36), or four Housing Retainers (Stock# 14).  Please retain these ten items from the older base plate being replaced. 

You could buy an entirely new unit to replace your current high-voltage XL-GRV XLerator (208V-277V) hand dryer. But with the correct replacement parts, you can keep your hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit.
