1411 - WARNING LABEL for KB854/KB855 Restaurant Booster, KB116/KB117 Booster Buddy, and KB327 Booster Chair

WARNING LABEL for use with ALL Koala Booster Seats (including the models Booster Buddy (KB116/KB117) , Restaurant Booster (KB854/KB855), and BoosterChair (KB327) - Not Applicable to Cinema Seat (KB424/KB425)

• 1411 (formerly known as the 1351) WARNING LABEL [rectangular shaped approx. 5″W x 3″H (127 x 76 mm)] adheres to the seat surfaces of the Restaurant Booster, Booster Buddy, and BoosterChair models.  Please note that both the Restaurant Booster and the BoosterChair models can turned 180 degrees for use of either side and to adjust the height of the child.  Because of the dual side usage of these two models, it is strongly recommended that a 1411 Warning Label be adhered to both sides (as seen in the images below).  Intended for use in the US.  Label includes Koala contact information. 

PLEASE NOTE:  This 1411 Warning Label is applicable only to to Koala booster seats.  For warning labels specific to changing stations, high chairs, and child protection seats, please see 975 Warning Labels, 375 Warning Labels, and 794 Warning Labels respectively.

PLEASE NOTE: The only Koala booster seat product that this warning label is not applicable is the KB424/KB425 Cinema Seat, which requires unique 1042 Warning Label.
