- 375 (formerly known as the 1270) HIGH CHAIR WARNING LABEL [rectangular shaped approx. 7” W x 2” H (178 x 51 mm)] adheres to the seat back of Koala High Chairs. ASTM compliant. Intended for use in the US. Label includes Koala contact information. Label reads “FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly. Always use restraints and adjust to fit snugly. Stay near and watch child during use.”
