PLEASE NOTE:  While this 495 Front Label shares the same key-hole shape of the 825 Front Label (for the KB100-Series, some KB100-ST-Series, & some KB101-Series Changing Stations), it is smaller in size.  Please notice the dimensions of this 495 compared to those of the larger 825 [10″ W x 11⅛” (254 x 283 mm)]. The model of changing station and the size of the recess label area molded into your changing station will indicate which front label is right for you.
