874-KIT-ST - SHOCK KIT for KB100-ST-Series Recessed with Stainless Trim Changing Station

SHOCK (Pneumatic / Gas Piston) for use with all Koala KB100-ST-Series Recessed with Stainless Steel Trim Changing Stations (including models CREAM KB100-00ST, GREY KB100-01ST, and WHITE GRANITE KB100-05ST).

• 874-KIT-ST Includes one replacement shock for KB100-ST horizontal, recessed plastic baby changing stations and installation instructions.  The 874-KIT-ST controls the safe opening and closing of the KB100-ST-Series Baby Changing Stations.

PLEASE NOTE:  The purpose of the shock is to assist a parent holding a child in the closing of the station in a slow, controlled manner with just a nudge...and keep it closed.  If your changing station won't stay closed, the replacement shock is the solution.  But if your changing station opens past 90 degrees, replacing the shock won’t remedy the problem.  This level of deflection (past 90 degrees and bed tilting towards the floor) indicates that the internal frame has likely been bent by excessive weight / force and cannot be repaired.  Please contact us to discuss available options.

PLEASE NOTE: During the life span of the KB100-ST-Series, the front decal changed from the large 825 keyhole-shaped label to the smaller 1057 square decal.  Both styles are depicted in this listing's images.  Regardless of which front decal your changing station has, the 874-ST-KIT is the correct replacement shock for your KB100-ST.
