If your 0196 is either a lower voltage 0196-1 (110V/120V) or a 0196-2 (208V-240V), please see the correct Heating Element listing for your specific voltage.
This Nichrome (NiCr) wire Heating Element is rated for 240V, 50/60Hz, 500 Watts and 115.2 Ohms, but is the correct element for the 277V hand dryer.
