Security Allen Wrench (KEY 11 / Part# 56-40189) can no longer be purchased separately. It can only be purchased in combination with the cover bolts.
Please see Part# 46-040221K (KEY 10) which includes both this wrench & cover bolts.
With the correct replacement parts, you can keep your SMARTdri K-Series hand dryer in working condition at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire unit. But if you are needing to replace your hand dryer with an entirely new unit, please note that the high-voltage (208V - 240V) SMARTdri K4 models have been discontinued. For identical looks & performance, please see the low-voltage model K-972P2. And for a high-voltage replacement, please consider the universal voltage Q-972A2...both with polished stainless steel covers.
